The Allotment

Several members of NFFoE help to run Pennington Community Allotment, which is a Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust 'Wilder Allotment.'

 

The allotment consists of a large plot in the centre of Pennington that is run for the benefit of its participants.

 

The emphasis is on enjoyment and fun, and on the production of local healthy food with zero carbon footprint which is shared amongst participants after every group session.
